MSW Programs in Washington Universities
A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is a graduate degree that takes about two years to complete. As a rule, courses focus on such social-related topics as:
- Social policy
- Human behavior and growth
- Methodology
- and social work research.
MSW programs usually have an internship requirement – practicum or field experience. Quite often, students start working towards satisfying this requirement in their second year of the program.
Social work master’s programs are offered at several Washington universities.
